Specify anti-glare or anti-reflection surface treatment in your quote; these are distinct manufacturer configurations. USB-C docking and daisy-chain video output are not listed for this model.

One monitor & standard accessories
EIZO's standard kit lists two DisplayPort cables, one HDMI cable, two USB Type-A–Type-B cables, an AC power cord, cable cover, RadiCS LE and documentation. Contents vary by country and supplied unit; the written quote confirms the actual kit. No workstation, dictation microphone or secondary monitor is included.

EIZO lists a standard five-year limited warranty. US LCD brightness coverage at 7500K is limited to five years or 20,000 hours at 500 cd/m², or 30,000 hours at 400 cd/m², whichever occurs first. Quoted-unit eligibility and remaining coverage are confirmed before ordering.

RX1270 buying & setup questions
Is the RX1270 cleared for mammography and DBT?
Yes. FDA 510(k) K200485 includes full-field digital mammography and digital breast tomosynthesis, as well as other radiological images, for professional review, analysis and diagnosis.
Is this one monitor or two 5MP monitors?
One physical RX1270 monitor with a 4200 × 2800 panel. A side-by-side PACS layout does not create separate hardware monitors; configure image presentation to meet your clinical requirements.
Can I use one DisplayPort cable at native resolution?
EIZO specifies a 12MP signal at 60 frames per second over DisplayPort 1.4. The workstation, output capability and cable must support the required mode.
Are RadiCS and a graphics card included?
The standard configuration lists RadiCS LE. Full RadiCS, external QC sensors and graphics hardware are separate unless your written quote includes them.
