Questions before you order
Should I choose LFH3500 or SMP3700?
Choose LFH3500 if you prefer a trackball. SMP3700 is the Premium Touch alternative with touch-sensor navigation. Both use a wired USB connection and push-button dictation controls.
Does it need charging?
No. This wired model receives power through its USB connection. Check that your desk connection and any adapter provide a supported USB data and power path.
Will it work with our reporting or speech-recognition software?
Compatibility depends on the application version, operating system, device mode and any virtual-desktop configuration. Share those details with Texel Comp so the connection and control requirements can be reviewed before you order.
Can we order several microphones for our team?
Yes. Include the model, quantity, preferred control style and delivery destination in your request. For an existing installation, include your current microphone model and software so your team can compare the change.
