ACC4100 is for SpeechMike Premium Air SMP4000/SMP4010 and Philips SpeechOne. It is not an adapter that converts a wired LFH3200, LFH3500, SMP3700 or SMP3710 into a wireless microphone. Check device firmware, the computer connection and your dictation application as part of setup.
